Incorrect Phone Number Format

Use full 11-digit format: 15551234567@domain.sms.textbolt.com

Carrier Filtering

Message may contain blocked keywords or links. Try simpler text.

Business Verification Needed

Unverified businesses have lower delivery rates. Complete verification process.

Email Format Issues

Problems with email addressing or formatting

Email Address Format:

[phone]@[domain].sms.textbolt.com

Correct: 15551234567@acme.sms.textbolt.com

Incorrect: 555-123-4567@acme.sms.textbolt.com

Incorrect: +1 555 123 4567@acme.sms.textbolt.com

Remember: No spaces, dashes, or special characters in phone numbers

Message Splitting

Long messages are split into multiple SMS

Messages over 160 characters are automatically split:

Single SMS: Up to 160 characters

2 SMS: 161-306 characters

3 SMS: 307-459 characters

Tip: Keep important information in the first 160 characters for maximum impact.

Account Issues
